IT Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to manage our team of 3rd Level IT support professionals. This position is a maternity leave cover.

  • Lead and coordinate the team, effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to members
  • Plan team capacity and optimize resource allocation
  • Resolve escalated issues and mitigate risks related to the services provided in a timely manner
  • Set priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Support and develop team members, focusing on improving service quality and communication
  • Actively participate in the development of the service portfolio and the implementation of new competencies
  • Create, update, and optimize processes related to customer support and continuously improve the services delivered
  • Regularly report to superiors and the company\'s senior management
Personality assumptions and skills
  • Previous experience in leading teams within the IT field
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and customer support
  • Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills
  • Ability to set and manage priorities for oneself and the team
  • Focus on building team collaboration and motivating team members
  • English B2/C1
