IT support specialist
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our IT Service Desk team. - Ticket Management System handling,
- Desktop/Laptop support,
- Handling Infrastructure Move/Add/Change requests
- Managing and Maintaining Telephone System/Printer/Scanner/Fax etc.,
- Support for: Windows 10, 11 Microsoft Office products, O365; Browsers plus third party packages,
- Deploying new equipment Including racking, patching, cabling, labeling and configuration,
- Cooperation with 1st & 3rd line support team and 3rd party staff to coordinate IT activities,
- Escalation of requests in accordance of support process,
- Maintaining and updating inventory,
- Manage service requests, software installs, setups, upgrades, etc.,Personality assumptions and skills- 1-2 years of experience in IT, preferably in Helpdesk support.
- Bachelor of Science in IT or any relevant IT certificate (is a plus).
